Brett Solkhon enjoyed a clean sweep of the senior awards as Kettering Town celebrated their Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central title-winning season at their presentation evening.

The legendary midfielder, who returned to the club last summer, was named player-of-the-year by the fans, his fellow team-mates, the Kettering Town (Poppies) Supporters Trust and the vice-presidents while he was also presented with the overall player-of-the-year prize by chairman Ritchie Jeune.

Over 350 people attended the event at Wicksteed Park as the club also recognised the star performers from their junior teams.

Kit man Malcolm Lewer, meanwhile, was named clubman of the year for his efforts behind the scenes at Latimer Park.
