Kettering Town crashed to another heavy defeat as five second-half goals boosted the play-off bid of Kidderminster Harriers.
The Poppies led for a five-minute spell but Nick Wright’s brace was followed by a quickfire double and another two efforts late on.
Kettering should have gone in front after 90 seconds when Charlie Wyke’s right-foot shot went fractionally wide of the far post.
Laurie Walker’s first save – keeping out Anthony Malbon’s shot – was soon followed by the Harriers striker having a close-range disallowed for a push.
Straight from the re-start James Gray made a burst into the penalty box and the ball broke kindly for Ben Ford to calmly stroke a left-foot shot into the top corner.
However, Kidderminster were back on level terms when Jerel Ifil tripped Malbon and the spot-kick was converted by Wright.
Dave Hankin’s drive was tipped wide by Walker and Danny Mills produced a last-gasp challenge to deny Malbon inside the six-yard box.
David Bridges fired over and Ford forced Tony Breeden into a save before the break.
Kidderminster went ahead eight minutes into the second half on the counter-attack after James Gray’s deflected drive had been pushed away for the Poppies’ first corner.
Wright broke away down the left flank and cheekily finished with the outside of his right foot.
Malbon tapped home the third Harriers goal and a minute later Ryan Rowe flicked in Kyle Storer’s free-kick.
Kidderminster went 5-1 up as Luke Jones’ header looped into the far corner and the sixth home goal came from captain Mike Williams to nod in Rowe’s chip.
