Kettering Town slipped to a third successive defeat as they were beaten 3-0 at Arlesey Town in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division.
Poppies boss Alan Doyle named an unchanged line-up for the clash with new signings Costa Maldine and Fuad Ahmed earning spots on the bench.
Arlesey, meanwhile, included a host of ex-Kettering players in their line-up with Nathan Abbey, Sol Davis, Ben Farrell and Drew Roberts all starting while Derek Brown and Nick Bussey were substitutes.
There were few chances in the first half with Kettering struggling to create anything while also restricting the hosts to half chances.
But it was Arlesey who took the lead two minutes before the break when Ryan Frater headed home.
Ahmed was thrown on for his Poppies debut at half-time. But Arlesey doubled their lead just before the hour mark when Roberts tapped in after a shot had hit the post.
And the game was up on 65 minutes when Roberts grabbed his second to make it 3-0.
Maldine was brought on for his Kettering debut while Ahmed was brought off having not been on for that long with Mark Pryor replacing him.
But it made little difference as the Poppies slipped to another loss.
