Children from Great Doddington Primary School held a Christmas card sale to raise cash for Chelsea’s Angels.
They raised a total of £58.48 for the charity through the initiative.
Cheslea’s Angels fundraisers Michelle Tomkins and Rayne Browne visited the school on Friday to collect the donations and to thank the children.
Mrs Tomkins said: “We wanted to thank all of the children who were involved.
“They raised the money in aid of our charity after we were nominated by one of the pupils, Kimberley Ellson, who has previously raised money for the charity.
“They did it as a business project. They bought all the materials and sold the cards, so they did very well.”
All of the money raised by and for the Irthlingborough-based charity goes towards supporting children with rare forms of cancer and their families.
