Volunteers are needed to help with a popular health walk round a nature reserve.
The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire is looking for volunteers to help run their health walk at King’s Wood Local Nature Reserve in Corby.
A health walk is a great way of getting outdoors and making new friends, while getting some exercise and spotting all sorts of wildlife.
The trust is looking for volunteers to become walk leaders. People can volunteer as little or as often as they like.
An interest in wildlife and walking in all weathers is advantageous but not essential.
No previous experience is required. The health walk currently runs fortnightly on Tuesday mornings, but the trust is hoping to run it on a weekly basis.
