Administrators are still looking for a buyer for a Wellingborough care home.
Harmony Care, on Midland Road in the town, currently looks after 43 residents.
Ian Carr, an administrator at Grant Thornton, who were called in earlier this month, said their primary concern would be the wellbeing of the residents.
He said: “We shall be liaising closely with the residents, their families and staff to reassure them during what will inevitably be a worrying transitional period for all concerned.”
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Northamptonshire County Council are liaising with the administrators.
Mr Carr added: “During the administration period it is business as usual.”
Earlier this year the home was issued with a formal warning by the CQC for failing to meet the needs of the people in its care.
