A Wellingborough boy is taking part in a Halloween all-nighter at Adrenaline Alley in Corby for a good cause.

Wellingborough boy Jack Park will be raising money for Worcester girl Georgie Gibbs, a three-year-old girl with cerebal palsy who needs an operation and years of therapy in order to walk independently.

Jack, whose mum Romana is best friends with Georgie’s mum Clare, is taking part in the Adrenaline Alley Halloween All-Nighter from 10pm to 8am, starting on Friday, October 30.

Georgie needs a surgical procedure know as selective dorsal rhizotomy.

Her family are currently awaiting a final decision from Bristol as to whether the operation will be available on the NHS.

Even if it is, a great deal of aftercare will not be available so they have started fundraising.

All three buildings will be open to riders during the event, and there will be tricks for treats (including cash).

There will also be a prize for the best fancy-dress costume, and the person who travels the furthest will get their petrol money reimbursed.

Standard price tickets are £18, gold price ones £14.
