Pupils at a county primary school have dressed in yellow to raise awareness about jaundice in newborn babies and liver disease.

The initiative was organised by 10-year-old student Matthew Ford, whose cousin Jack has liver disease.

Jack had to have life-saving surgery after being diagnosed with Biliary Atresia.

His parents, Janet and Anthony Wilkinson, told the Evening Telegraph last week that they are keen to raise awareness.
