A woman was airlifted to hospital after a water-skiing accident.
The 36-year-old was injured on Sunday afternoon (September 29) after hitting a landing post while water-skiing at Grendon Lakes.
She hit the landing post at 20mph, injuring her chest.
Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) was called just before 3pm and landed shortly afterwards.
The patient was rescued from the water, given blanketing by paramedics and pain relief by a WNAA doctor.
She was airlifted to University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire, and was stable throughout the flight and on handover to the hospital staff.
