Children from Loatlands Primary School entertained almost 100 guests at an Armed Forces Day lunch at Desborough Indoor Bowls Club on Thursday afternoon.
The event was arranged by the Desborough and District Royal British Legion to commemorate Armed Forces Day, which takes place on Saturday, June 29.
Representatives from all branches of the armed forces were at the event.
Desborough Royal British Legion branch president Jim Scott said: “Armed Forces Day is not a Royal British Legion event but we wanted to do something to mark it.
“We wrote to everyone we could think of and 94 people came along.
“It was a great afternoon and the guests enjoyed the entertainment by the children from Loatlands School.”
Telegraph reporter Michael Whelan made a short video of some of the entertainment.
