People have had a flipping good time in Cransley Hospice’s inaugural pancake race in Kettering.
The race was held outside the hospice’s coffee shop in Horsemarket this morning (Tuesday, March 4).
Organiser and Cransley Hospice fundraiser Di Patrick said the event was intended to raise awareness of the coffee shop and involve the communit in future fundraising efforts.
She said: “It’s a little something to open up the doors of the coffee shop.
“We want it to be engaged with the community in different ways. It’s not always about raising money.
“The shop is a window for Cransley Hospice and we want people to be able to experience Cransley Hospice and the care it gives.”
