People have lined the streets of Thrapston this afternoon for the annual Charter Fair.
The theme of this year’s fair was ‘Holiday Time,’ and fair-goers wore an assortment of holiday-themed costumes.
The Thrapston Charter Fair kicked off at 2pm with a parade through the town.
As well as all the usual stalls and entertainment, there was a beach for the children to make sand castles on, and a Punch and Judy show. The High Street hosted a number of stalls selling various items such as crafts and cakes.
A variety of performances in the arena on the Market Square, including music by Exit, and performances from various dance schools, entertained the crowds throughout the day.
The event will finish off with a performance by the winners of the Thrapston’s Got Talent.
