Pop singer and television presenter Cheryl Baker has helped a Wellingborough firm unveil their new holiday cottage.
The Bucks Fizz star cut the ribbon at the launch of the Barnwell, the newest bespoke home designed by Tingdene Homes, who are based at the Finedon Road Industrial Estate.
Around 200 guests attended the free event, which inclduded a free buffet lunch, as Tingdene revealed the latest addition to its showroom.
Baker, who was part of the group which won the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest, spoke to visitors before they were given the opportunity to look round the Barnwell.
Sue Hollingshead, from Tingdene Homes, said she was delighted with the turnout.
“It’s been a brilliant day,” she said. “It’s good to see so many people here today. This is brilliant for us.”
