A number of updates on the ongoing Kettering East development will be heard tomorrow night (Tuesday).
The multi-million-pound development, which has already seen the opening of Hayfield Cross Primary School, will see a total of 5,500 houses built.
One of the biggest talking points on the agenda will be the need for an extra junction on the A14, to be known as Junction 10a.
Updates will also be given on the timeframe of delivery and residential applications from major house builders David Wilson, Barratts, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon.
There will also be a public question and answer session for those wishing to put questions forward to Kettering Council and the developers.
The meeting takes place in the council chamber at 6pm.
