Residents of Cottingham and Middleton have been reminded that they have just two weeks left to comment on a revised conservation plan for their villages.
Last year, Corby Council asked residents for their views on the draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Cottingham and Middleton.
Following the comments received, the council has now reviewed the draft document and made appropriate revisions.
A further consultation on the revised draft SPD is now being undertaken, with the public consultation period running until Monday, March 28.
The consultation document reassesses the designated area and evaluates and records the special architectural and historic interest of Cottingham and Middleton.
Features such as listed buildings, unlisted buildings which make a positive contribution, trees and important views have been recorded.
The document can be viewed on the Council’s website here and will be available to view in hard copy at the One Stop Shop in the Corby Cube and mobile libraries.
If you wish to make any representations to the Council about the revised draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan SPD for Cottingham and Middleton please email email@example.com or write to Local Plans, Corby Council, Deene House, New Post Office Square, Corby, Northants NN17 1GD, by no later than Monday, March 28.
