Two badly hurt in crash on A14 in Northamptonshire

Two men were seriously injured in a road accident on the A14 westbound, between junctions 1 and 2, yesterday evening.

The collision, which took place at about 7.15pm on Wednesday, February 24, involved three HGVs.

The driver and passenger in one of the vehicles were rescued, but sustained serious injuries.

Fire crews from Guilsborough, Long Buckby, Brixworth and Mereway attended.
