Two of the boys are 14 and one is 13.

They cannot be named for legal reasons and will appear at Wellingborough Magistrates Court.

The fire at Willow Place in December 2014 shut several shops and caused significant damage.

The boys previously appeared in court last month.

Four other youths who were on police bail will now no longer face any charges surrounding the fire.
