Show your support by being a superhero for Irthlingborough charity

They will be dressed as their favourite superheroes when they put their best foot forward during the Waendel Walk weekend in Wellingborough.

They will be raising money through sponsorship for the charity which was set up in memory of Chelsea Knighton who lost her two-year fight with childhood cancer neuroblastoma in 2009.
Chelsea wanted her family to help other poorly children like her so the charity was set up in 2010 to support youngsters being treated for cancer and their families.
Funds can help pay for travelling costs to and from the hospital for treatment, cover mortgage payments or bills, or provide something to bring a smile to the child’s face while in hospital.

The charity would love to get as many people as possible to join them when they take part in the Waendel Walk, which is being held in Wellingborough from Friday, May 13, until Sunday, May 15.
While the Chelsea’s Angels team are doing the six-mile walk, there are various choices of routes, including five, 10, 15, 25 and 42km for walkers of all ages and abilities.
