A home in Gilchrist Avenue, Corby, was damaged by smoke after a grill caught fire.
Fire crews from the town were called to the scene at about 1.47pm.
The fire caused minor fire damage to the kitchen and smoke damage to a number of other rooms.
No-one was injured.
