The event is being run by Tata Steel and there will be no access to the Corby Cube and swimming pool car park during the day between 8am and 4pm.

The cinema car park in Victoria Place will be open as normal.

Mayor of Corby Peter McEwan said: “Every year the young competitors involved have a fantastic day and we look forward to again cheering them on as they tackle each stage of the triathlon.

“Thank you to everyone that helps to make it an enjoyable and safe event and we wish the 2016 Kids of Steel the very best of luck.”
