Wilby Youth Under nine’s Football Club are celebrating after having their winter football kit sponsored by Specsavers of Swansgate Shopping Centre.
The team were delighted after being presented with new tracksuits, courtesy of the shop.
Peter Cunningham, Optometrist Director at Specsavers said: “We were only too happy to help a local football club by providing them with tracksuits, especially during the recent inclement weather. We hope that the new kit will be put to great use this winter.”
Lindsay Tickner, Centre Manager of Swansgate Shopping Centre, the official sponsors of Wilby Football Club’s kit, added: “We are proud to be sponsors of the Wilby Football Club Under nine’s team.
“It’s great that we can keep youngsters in the community active and provide the club with the essentials they need to play all year round, especially when the weather has been so unpredictable”.
