“The total raised so far is £2,500 for Stand Up To Cancer and Cancer Research UK, with money still coming in.

“The event would not have happened if it weren’t for the support of so many local business giving us their time, support and generosity.

“There are lots to thank including the Britannia Working Mens Club and all the staff, Pic ‘n’ Mix Discos, the guest instructors, Hungry Harry’s for providing us with food, Good Times in Corby for balloons, Brackley Photographic for taking pictures and lots more local businesses for donating raffle prizes.

“I’m so pleased with the amount that we raised that we are already planning a similar event for next year raising money for a local charity.”
