Stolen vans left on railway line at Corby

Two vans were stolen from Geddington Road, Corby, and dumped on a nearby railway line.

The theft happened between 4pm and 5.30pm on Monday, October 21.

A police spokesman said: “A security chain on the gate to commercial premises was cut and the two white Vauxhall Vivaro vans were stolen and later found abandoned on the railway line next to Geddington Road.

Witnesses are asked to contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
