A WOMAN who was taken to hospital after a tree fell on her moving car in strong winds is recovering well.
The woman was on her way to work at Morrisons in Wellingborough at about 9am on Thursday when the tree fell on to her car in the supermarket’s car park.
It is not being revealed where she is being treated, but a Morrisons spokesman said the woman had been kept in hospital. The spokesman said: “The Morrisons colleague affected by Thursday’s incident is recovering well but is being kept in hospital as a precautionary measure. We wish her a speedy recovery.”
