An English teacher’s folk-rock band has released its second album to favourable reviews in the national press.

Ben Raudnitz, who teaches at Oundle School, and bandmate Pete Flatt, have been compared to the Kinks, and were included in The Independent on Sunday’s list of what to look out for in 2014.

The release of the band’s eponymous album comes 14 years after its first, and is available exclusively via Rough Trade Records, which have made it one of its albums of the month for January.
