Northampton Saints stars are encouraging people to get on their bikes to help raise more than £60,000 for a county hospice.

Jim Mallinder, Dylan Hartley and Sam Dickinson, who have all taken part in the annual Cycle 4 Cynthia to support Cynthia Spencer Hospice, have modelled three designs for the event’s new cycle shirt – and visitors to hospice social media sites were then asked to vote for their favourite.

The chosen design, a blue shirt (pictured middle), is now available to buy for £25, all of which will be donated to the hospice, thanks to the sponsorship of Blue Step Solutions, Triad and Towergate Insurance Brokers.

John Helm, hospice fundraising manager, said: “Every shirt sold will enable us to continue our vital work in caring for our patients and their families.”

Cycle 4 Cynthia 2015, offering riders of all ages and abilities routes of five, 25 and 50 miles, is in Althorp on Sunday, September 13, at 9am. Entry costs £15 for adults, £7.50 for children and £35 for families (the fee rises after August 28). To buy a shirt, phone 01604 678082 and to enter, visit www.cycle4cynthia.co.uk
