Thousands of swimmers, runners and cyclists are preparing to raise charity funds at Sport Relief events at venues around the county.
There are more events in Northamptonshire than ever before this year, so there’s no excuse not to take part.
And we want to know what you’re doing. Whether you’re using pedal power, dragging yourself around a running track or swimming your way to glory – everyone’s effort counts.
There are one, three and six-mile running – or walking – events in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and Oundle and swims in Wellingborough, Rushden and Kettering.
Cyclists will have to travel a little further afield to London or Manchester to take part.
One dedicated swimmer hoping to raise hundreds for Sport Relief is telemarketer Arun Mandalia, 50, of Newcomen Road, Wellingborough.
Find out what he’s doing, and more details on the various events taking place, in this week’s Northants Telegraph.
