Road police appeal again for witnesses after Wellingborough crash

Police have reappealed for information after a serious road accident in Wellingborough.

A pedestrian was left with head injuries after the collision in Midland Road on Tuesday (July 22).

The crash took place at about 9pm – not 7.15pm as previously reported.

A black Vauxhall Corsa, driven by a 34-year-old woman from Wellingborough, collided with a pedestrian at 9pm - not 7.15pm as previous stated.

The pedestrian, a 35-year-old local man, was taken to Northampton General Hospital with suspected head injuries and later transferred to University Hospital Coventry.
