Corby residents are being asked to give their views on residential developments planned for two former school sites.

Northamptonshire County Council is preparing to submit outline planning permission for the former Beanfield school site in Glastonbury Road and the old Kingswood school in Gainsborough Road.

Cllr Bill Parker, cabinet member for finance and performance, said: “We’ve organised a public exhibition to share the proposals for residential redevelopment of the two sites.

“We would like local people to come along to see the plans and let us know what they think. We’ll use feedback from the consultation to help shape the emerging proposals ahead of submitting an outline application to Corby Borough Council.”

Members of the project team will be available to discuss the proposals and answer questions.

The exhibition will be held between 3pm and 8pm on Wednesday, June 5, at Beanfield Community Centre, Beanfield Avenue, Corby.
