Police and council officers have quizzed residents of Corby on their views of how the area can be improved.

The Safer Community Team conducted a JAG4ALL event from Thursday to Saturday at the town’s Morrisons to allow residents to raise concerns.

Leader of Corby Council Cllr Tom Beattie said: “So far the majority of residents feel happy and safe where they live and agree that the team’s continuous hard work to make improvements on all areas of the town is having a very positive effect.”

Sgt Susan Falconer from the Safer Community Team said: “The JAG4ALL is proving to be a great chance for people, who wouldn’t necessarily normally contact us, to come and have a chat with officers and PCSOs face to face and to report issues.”
