Safer community team officers in Kettering began a week of action today (Monday) with a number of initiatives across the area.
Speeding patrols were due to be out and about in West Street, Geddington, with officers also monitoring the parking situation in and around Mawsley School.
Three school talks were set to go ahead today - stranger danger for the pupils at Greenfield School, Halloween and Bonfire Night presentations for youngsters at Park Juniors and Rushton School.
The anti-social behaviour car was down to tour the area and a surgery was booked in for Laburnum Crescent.
Organiser PC Julie Murray, of Kettering SCT, said: “We have actions planned for the entire week which will increase visibility in our community and hopefully re-assure residents that we are acting upon priority issues.
“We appreciate feedback from members of the public so please let us know how we are doing and also what you think we should be doing.”
