A man driving a red Nissan Primera, registration X223 RJO, put £61.79 of unleaded fuel in to the car at Nene Valley Services on the eastbound A45, near Earls Barton, before driving off without paying.

The theft happened shortly after 5.30pm on Sunday, February 12.

The same vehicle has been involved in several fuel thefts in Northamptonshire and further afield.

He was white, slim and 5ft 10in tall.

He was wearing a dark or black coat, dark/black trousers and black and red trainers.
