Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in a Kettering pub.

The victim was on the dance floor of Remi’s pub, Dalkeith Place, when he was hit on the head.

Police believe the assault could have taken place with a glass or bottle. He was treated at Kettering Hospital for a cut to the forehead which required stitches.

The assault happened at around 1.45am on Sunday, September 15. Several people were on the dance floor at the time of the assault, but there is no description of the offender.
