Youngsters have been encouraged to get involved in this year’s pantomime in Kettering.
Auditions for the production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – starring TV personality Russell Grant – take place on Sunday, October 6.
The show, run by Hammond Family Productions at the Lighthouse Theatre, runs between Wednesday, December 11, and Sunday, January 5.
County entertainer Sean Rollason will also appear.
Theatre manager Lucy Hatfield has encouraged youngsters to audition – even if they have no prior experience.
She said: “Every year we are so impressed by the number and standard of the children who audition for our pantomime.
“It is important to us that our auditions remain open to all, regardless of any stage or performance experience.
“We encourage anyone who is interested to come along and give it a go, it’s an enjoyable day and can lead to a fantastic experience.”
Producer Paul Hammond has paid tribute to those youngsters who took part in last year’s production.
He said: “Last year they made the pantomime onstage and off a wonderful experience for all involved.”
Enrolment for those aged six and over, but a maximum of 5ft tall, is at 9am. The audition itself begins at 10am.
Enrolment for dwarfs – who should be at least 12 years old and no more than 5ft 3in – takes place at 11am, with the audition at midday.
Dance experience is required for seniors, with enrolment at 1pm and the audition at 1.30pm for those aged 14 and over.
For those aged 16 and over, enrolment is at 2.30pm and the audition at 3pm.
