Plans have been submitted to turn a Kettering church into three two-bed flats.

Earls Barton-based Clifford William Limited have applied to convert Emanuel Evangelical Church in Shaftesbury Street into three residential units.

The 1950’s bakery building has previously been used as a church and already has a block of four flats on site.

The proposals would also see extra car and cycle parking spaces at the site, which will connect to the existing drainage system.

A decision on the plans is expected by December 14 this year.
