Plans to demolish a former memorial clinic in Kettering and build six houses could be approved this week.
An application was made to convert the former Stockburn Memorial Clinic in Southlands into six dwellings with access and garaging in February this year.
The building was last used by the NHS in 2011 and has remained unoccupied since.
It has been recommended that the plans are approved at a Kettering Council planning committee meeting on Thursday (April 21), subject to conditions that include that work must start within three years.
The plans have received 10 objections from third parties, stating reasons such as noise disturbance and parking issues.
