Frankie and Benny are hoping for a fresh start.
The one-year-old brother and sister are Chinese crested hairless dogs.
A spokesman for the county’s RSPCA said: “They were in a terrible state when we took them into branch care, their claws had overgrown and curled into their pads and they were filthy, dirty and smelly.
“They’re looking for a new home where they can build up their confidence and gain trust in their new owners and the outside world.”
