Rail afficianados were in for a treat today (Tuesday, October 2) when the steam locomotive 70013 Oliver Cromwell put in an appearance at Kettering station.

The engine, which was built in 1951 and was in use on the national railways until 1968, stopped to take on some water as it passed through the station.
