That number is 78 lower than the March figure and 2,841 lower than April 2013.
The latest figures were released by the Office for National Statistics this morning (Wednesday, March 14).
They show that the proportion of JSA claimants stood at 3.5 per cent in Corby, 3.1 per cent in Wellingborough, 2.7 per cent in Kettering and 1.8 per cent in East Northants.
