A photo album with a difference has been produced by police to help them identify people they want to speak to about various crimes.
Officers will show the albums to people such as security guards or housing association staff who may recognise those pictured.
Wellingborough sector commander Insp Paul Valentine said: “When officers go to a crime like shoplifting, the suspects are caught on CCTV.
“We have thousands of images like that and we put them on our force system so when an officer has some downtime, they can try to identify the people.
“We are putting 200 of these images into an album to show to the wider policing family.”
