No arrests were made at an illegal rave in East Northamptonshire at the weekend which attracted almost 1,000 people.

Police were called to the unlicenced music event at West Hay Lodge, just north of Kings Cliffe, at 1am on Sunday, October 18.

The revellers dispersed shortly after midday of the same day.

A police spokesman said: “At one stage there were almost 1,000 people at the event.

“However, it was peaceful and there were no arrests made.”
