A minibus crashed into a house in Corby, causing substantial damage to the property.

The incident occurred between 12.15pm and 12.40pm on Wednesday, January 21.

The white minibus, for reasons unknown, drove into the front of a house in Kingsthorpe Avenue, police say. The vehicle, which was not carrying passengers, did not stop and was later found in Denford Road.

A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
