A man was threatened by two teenagers as he walked into Wellingborough town centre.

The 26-year-old was walking into the town centre at about 9.30am on Wednesday, February 19, when he was approached by two boys in Broad Green, near the junction with Rock Street, who threatened him and demanded money.

A police spokesman said: “The victim told them he had martial arts training and the two boys walked off towards Hardwick Road without stealing anything.”

One of the offenders was white, aged 16 to 18, slim and had dark spiky hair.

The other boy was white, aged 16 to 18, muscular and had a shaved head.
