A man suffered a knife-wound following an argument with a woman in Coronation Park in Corby.

Police were called to the park in Cottingham Road, Corby, at about 8.30pm yesterday (Wednesday) after reports of an argument between a man and a woman, who was believed to have a knife.

The man suffered a wound to his hand, which was not serious, during the incident.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
