Man suffers fractured jaw in Corby attack

A 25-year-old man needed surgery after being attacked in Corby on Christmas Day.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault which happened between 8.30pm and 9.10pm on December 25 in Counts Farm Road.

A police spokesman said: “A 25-year-old man was approached by three men, one of whom assaulted him.

“His jaw was fractured and required surgery.”

The first offender is a white man with blonde hair, about 30-years-old and with a Russian accent.

The other two men are described as white with English accents.

Witnesses to this incident, or anyone with information about it, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 or information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
