Man stabbed in the leg in Kettering

A man suffered two stab wounds to the leg after he was attacked while stepping out of his car near to his home.

The victim was approached by two unknown men in Channing Street, Kettering, some time between 1am and 1.30am today (Tuesday).

They then assaulted him, leaving him with two small stab wounds to his leg.

The first offender was white, in his early 20s, 6ft, slim, with blonde to light brown hair.

He was clean shaven, wore a light-coloured hooded top and spoke with an English accent.

The second man was white, in his early 20s, 5ft 7in to 5ft 8in, and of a stocky build.

He wore a dark hooded top and dark trousers.
