A man was robbed of his mobile phone and wallet by three youths in a Wellingborough park after being punched in the face.

The incident took place in Croyland Park on Sunday, 27 December, between 11.30am and midday.

The victim was walking through the park when he was approached by three boys.

One of them punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.

They then took his black and white Timberland holdall, which contained a red Sony Experia mobile phone and a black leather wallet which had cash and a driving licence inside.

The offenders made off in the direction of Henshaw Road.

All of them were black, about 5ft 10in and aged 15–18.

One of them had his hair in dreadlocks.
