Liam Wiggins, 21, of Bailiff Street, Northampton, was sentenced today, Wednesday, June 20, at Northampton Crown Court to six-and-a-half years in prison.
He pleaded guilty to committing an assault on a man in Northampton on March 4, robbery on a man in Northampton on March 5 and a subsequent burglary in Northampton on March 5.
Keys taken during the robbery were later used to commit the burglary.
The judge sentenced him to six months in prison for the assault, six years for the robbery to be served consecutively and two years for the burglary – which will be served at the same time as the six year sentence.
Wiggins pleaded guilty to the offences.
