A man was flown to hospital in Coventry after a motorcycle accident in Corby.
The 25-year-old, who was a pillion passenger, fell off the motorbike and injured his head.
The East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) was first on the scene and Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) arrived at 11.45am, 18 minutes after receiving the call.
An air ambulance spokesman said: “On arrival, the crew assisted with EMAS in transferring the patient on to a scoop stretcher before they airlifted him to University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire for further treatment.
“The patient was stable throughout the flight.”
