Man attacked after refusing cash loan in Corby

A man who was asked to loan money to another man in Corby was attacked when he refused.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault that took place in Ashdown Place, between 8.30am and 9am on Friday, August 2.

The offender asked the victim if he could borrow money and when he refused the offender struck him, causing cuts, bruises and a nose bleed.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
